Privacy notice

This notice describes the public website and pilot-intake flow. Paid or production services may be governed by a separate privacy notice and service agreement. The pilot form sends the displayed fields to the site’s configured Cloudflare submission endpoint.

Information that may be processed

QMeshing may process contact details, organization information, submitted workload and task-package descriptions, account and authentication records, usage telemetry, security logs, routing and verification records, billing records, compute hardware profiles, and technical task metadata.

Purposes

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, provide contracted services, operate and secure the platform, verify compute work, settle accepted tasks, improve reliability, meet legal obligations, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Community-compute boundaries

Contributor clients should collect only the hardware profile, task telemetry, acceptance evidence, and settlement data required to operate the network. Personal folders must not be mounted into customer workloads. Sensitive customer code or source data is not intended for the public community pool.

Retention and transfers

Production terms must specify retention periods, storage regions, subprocessors, cross-border transfers, security controls, deletion procedures, and data-subject rights for each applicable jurisdiction.
