Terms of use

These terms govern the public website and pilot requests. Production, paid, or compute-contributor use requires an executed service agreement, order form, or contributor agreement. The website alone does not create a service-level commitment or guarantee contributor income.

Experimental technology

Model APIs, quantum hardware, simulators, compilers, distributed compute resources, and network services may be unavailable, delayed, or unsuitable for a workload. Results are evaluated against the acceptance criteria defined for the task.

Compute participation

Contributor eligibility, compensation, electricity cost, tax treatment, equipment wear, availability requirements, verification policy, and prohibited workloads must be defined in a separate compute-contributor agreement. Payment should be based on accepted work units, not merely uptime.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must hold the rights required to submit code and data, classify workload sensitivity correctly, comply with applicable laws, and avoid malicious, infringing, or unauthorized workloads.

Security and confidentiality

Sensitive workloads must not enter the public pool. Production contracts should define security zones, confidentiality, incident response, retention, audit rights, service levels, and limits of liability.

Commercial assumptions

Prices, margins, savings, formulas, and calculator values shown on the public website are planning examples unless explicitly identified as measured production data. Binding commercial terms exist only in an executed order form, statement of work, compute-contributor agreement, or service agreement.
